VACCINATION MANDATE POLICY

QUALIFICATIONS

  • D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from a CODA accredited college or university with experience and expertise in the area of General Dentistry. Must be eligible for licensure in Nevada. Preferred: Three years of experience in a dental education environment. AEGD, Operative, and/or GPR experience preferred. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start of employment.
