Overview
The Department of Restorative Dentistry is searching for multiple full-time, non-tenure track, faculty positions at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor, 100% FTE. The faculty person will be responsible for didactic and clinical teaching at both the postgraduate and undergraduate level. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: predoctoral education of fixed, removable, implant prosthodontics, dental anatomy, occlusion, biomaterials, and operative dentistry. Participation in predoctoral and post-doctoral teaching, as well as participation in the Departmental Master of Dental Science degree program; scholarly activity, research, and service is expected. The selected candidate will teach and/or direct preclinical courses, serve as an advisor for students, lecture in departmental courses as directed, participate on committees as assigned, and other assignments as directed by the Chair.
Position will remain open until filled. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience.

Minimum Education and Experience
Requirements for this position include: DDS/DMD degree (or equivalent) from a CODA accredited predoctoral dental program; certificate of advanced specialty training in prosthodontics from a CODA accredited program; and New Jersey State dental license (or eligibility for a New Jersey State dental license or New Jersey Limited Teaching Certificate in Dentistry). Candidate must have formal teaching experience, including serving as a course director.

certificate of advanced specialty training in prosthodontics from a CODA accredited program.
Background in maxillofacial prosthodontics and Board certification by the American Board of Prosthodontics is highly desirable.
