Assistant Professor of Health Care Administration

Overview

Quincy University, a Catholic liberal arts institution in the Franciscan tradition, seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Health Care Administration position in the Oakley School of Business MBA program.

Responsibilities: The primary teaching area is in the field of Health Care Administration at the graduate level. Additional teaching in graduate and/or undergraduate Human Resources and/or Management is possible. The usual teaching load is six courses in a calendar year. Service to the university, profession, and the community is expected. Academic advising and university service are expected after the first year.

Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Health Care Administration or related field; professional work experience related to health care administration.

Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of demonstrated success in teaching at the college level; background in Human Resources and/or Management.
