Overview

Full-time, ten-month, term (tenure track) position. Responsibilities may include teaching in classroom, clinical, and lab settings as needed in the College’s Associate Degree Nursing (RN) program, student advisement, and participation in divisional and college activities. Assignments may be during day, evening or weekend hours. Current contractual annual salary is $47,785; start date is January, 2019.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proof that one has completed all requirements for an MS with a major in Nursing no later than January 1, 2019; currently licensed as an RN; recent (within 5 years) nursing clinical experience or recent (within 5 years) teaching experience in nursing.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Classroom, lab, or clinical teaching experience in a nursing program in a community college; teaching or clinical experience in a technology-enhanced classroom; experience using a course management system such as Blackboard.
