Job Title – Director of Nursing and Health Programs

Muskegon Community College, an associate degree-granting institution of higher education, is a center for lifelong learning which provides persons the opportunity to attain their educational goals by offering programs that respond to individual, community, and global needs.

Provides leadership and supervision for all health related programs that include Pre-Nursing, Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assisting, Respiratory Therapy, and new health related programs to be offered. Articulates and promotes a vision for health related education; directs or oversees the planning, development, and operation of the programs in accord with the College philosophy and objectives.  This includes but is not limited to accreditation, curriculum development, grant supervision, budget planning and monitoring, faculty recruitment, supervision/evaluation, and student success while ensuring a continued focus on diversity and inclusion.
