WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At a minimum, the selected candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate in Science in Nursing under the direction of a BSN prepared mentor, 3 years of clinical experience and Florida or Compact Florida Inclusive RN license; For PN clinical courses: Associate in Science in Nursing, 1 year experience, & Florida or Compact Florida Inclusive RN or APRN license
Additionally, the preferred candidate will be a Registered Nurse with at least an ASN and 5 years medical-surgical or skilled nursing facility experience or a BSN and 3 years medical-surgical or skilled nursing facility experience.
