Primary Responsibilities


Job duties include:

• Clinical supervision of student interns in the Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology program


• Continuous direct patient care within the John W. Keys Speech and Hearing Center
• Instruction of didactic coursework to
  undergraduate and professional students
• Participation in the academic missions of the department, college, and university. This is
  primarily a clinical position with service and teaching responsibilities appropriate to the applicant's experience and expertise.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Applicants must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence
  in Speech-language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and have completed at least one year of successful work experience after earning the CCC-SLP. In
  addition, applicants must have completed at least two (2) hours of professional development in clinical instruction/supervision.


• Applicants should possess excellent communication, team building, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Preferred qualifications include experience with pediatric diagnostics and treatment, and previous
  supervision experience.
