The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the new Department of Healthcare Sciences, including the development and delivery of a new online and on-campus healthcare-related degree programs, as well as, the stewardship and expansion of existing programs in healthcare management and nursing. The College of Arts & Sciences considers this department to be mission-critical and represents a significant strategic, academic investment by the university.
Qualifications: An earned Ph.D. in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Services, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration or related discipline from a regionally accredited institution. Field experience in the healthcare field is required. The successful candidate must be able to online and on-campus in a non-nursing, healthcare-related area.
