POSITION: One position at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor rank available as of August 2017 to teach graduate courses and be Director of the MBA in Complex Health Systems, a new MBA concentration at the Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship. The M.B.A in Complex Health Systems focuses on the new business of health-the intersection of technology, research, and innovation to provide business solutions that take discoveries from the laboratory through the complex journey to the patient’s bedside.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. or D.B.A in Health Administration or related business field; LLD, JD, MD or DO degrees are also acceptable. Experience in Health Administration preferred.

The M.B.A. in Complex Health Systems emphasizes an experiential learning environment in the classroom, hospitals, clinics, and research settings including a final practicum course to apply the learnings. Much of this education will take place at NSU’s Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus, at clinics, multiple health care entities, and at the university’s innovative Center for Collaborative Research (CCR). CCR’s, high-level relationships with incubator and early-stage health care businesses, biotech, and pharma, will be leveraged to enhance the program.
