Overview

The Department of Pharmacy Practice of D’Youville School of Pharmacy is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our faculty to provide leadership in clinical practice, teaching, service and scholarly activity. The position is a non-tenure track full time appointment at the rank of clinical assistant professor or clinical associate professor. Starting date is July 2018 or sooner.

JOB DETAILS

The primary duties of this position will be to develop a clinical practice and education site in infectious disease pharmacotherapeutics. The practice site will be a major teaching hospital in the Buffalo area.

Didactic teaching duties are anticipated to be as course co-coordinator in the infectious disease module in the pharmacotherapy sequence. Also required are committee work, service and scholarly activity.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a PharmD degree from an ACPE accredited institution, be licensed, or eligible for licensure, in the state of New York, and have PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency training in infectious disease or a related area.
