Position is non-tenure track, full-time 12 month appointment. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Reports directly to the department chair.
Both didactic teaching and hands on simulations which include laboratory experiences; academic advising of students; participation in ongoing curriculum development and assessment; committee work at both the college and university level; and scholarly/research activity in the candidate’s area of expertise or development of clinical experience.
- Must be eligible for licensure as a registered pharmacist in the state of West Virginia; Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) certification is preferred. Previous academic experience preferred
- The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to provide service to college/ university, the community, and the profession.
- Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
PharmD with advanced training is preferred.
