Full time, 9 month, 3 year term.
The department seeks candidates who will contribute to the University’s general education curriculum with its emphasis on a common First-Year Seminar and core curriculum courses that enhance students’ critical thinking, and the College’s support of interdisciplinary programs of study.
The position would involve teaching sport management undergraduate/graduate courses such as sport law, sport management, tourism, event management and other related classes. It will also be required to supervise/advise students, and provide excellent evidence of teaching, research/scholarly activities, and service.
Terminal degree required (ABD considered) in sport, leisure, tourism and hospitality management or closely related field.
Terminal degree required (ABD considered) in Sport Management/Administration or closely related field.
