Oral Medicine Faculty Position - Tenure Track
The University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
The University of Kentucky College of Dentistry is seeking an individual for a tenure track position at the assistant / associate professor level in the Division of Oral Diagnosis, Oral Medicine, and Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology available immediately. Research experience and a history of successful research funding are required. The position includes some didactic and clinical teaching responsibilities at both the predoctoral and postdoctoral levels. The areas of clinical interests could include management of medically compromised patients and clinical oral pathology. The position also includes opportunities for private intramural practice.
Qualifications include a DMD/DDS, and a PhD is preferred. The successful candidate should be a graduate from an accredited Oral Medicine program and have board eligibility or diplomate status through the American Board of Oral Medicine. Eligibility for licensure within the Commonwealth of Kentucky including National Dental Boards is a requirement. Salary and benefits are commensurate with education, experience and qualifications within University equity ranges.
