RESPIRATORY CARE INSTRUCTOR
9 MONTH CONTRACT
Responsibilities: Instructs respiratory care classes; advises students; maintains regular office hours; and participates in curriculum development and committee assignments.
Qualifications: Must be an registered respiratory therapist with a minimum of an associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree preferred. Four years experience in respiratory care required; teaching experience with an accredited respiratory care program preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong commitment to student learning.
Starting Salary: Per faculty salary schedule with excellent benefits such as vacation, sick leave, paid LCC tuition for employee and dependents, Kansas Public Employment Retirement System (KPERS), 403B matching plan, and the State Plan of Kansas insurances that includes medical, dental, vision and life for employee and family.
Anticipated Starting Date: January 13, 2010
