The University of North Florida Department of Nutrition and Dietetics is seeking a 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor starting in Fall 2010.
Minimum qualifications and responsibilities: RD and doctoral degree in nutrition or related field. Ability to conduct and publish research; educate graduate and undergraduate students in medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and other topics in nutrition; supervise undergraduate and graduate research; and perform service to the department, college, university, and the profession. The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics seeks to attract an active, culturally and academically diverse faculty of the highest caliber.
